It is hard to believe that 2009 is almost over! I am including a list of energy credits that are available for 2009 and 2010. The credits are 30% of your expenditure not to exceed a maximum credit of $1,500.

Everything must meet the “Energy Star” requirements:

Insulation; Exterior Windows and skylights; Exterior Doors; Metal or asphalt roof designed to reduce heat loss; Electric heat pumps; Central air conditioning; Natural gas, propane or oil water heater with 90% efficient/energy factor of 8.2; Biomass fuel stove with an efficiency rating of 75%; furnace/boiler with a 95% efficient; solar heating; geothermal heat pumps; qualified fuel cell property; small wind energy property.
