Howard is a Des Moines native with extensive knowledge of tax law and tax preparation. He has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston. He is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and is also an Electronic Return Originator. Randi Schwartz Carr, Business Manager
Randi is newest in the office. Her background is in property tax and she recently came to us from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. She says tax is in her blood as she grew up in the accounting world. She has come back to her tax roots. Her Bachelor's degree is from the University of Iowa. She is currently an Electronic Return Originator and does administrative work including accounts receivable and payable and behind the scenes tax preparation work.
